What is the refund policy?
Answer:
NO REFUND. Many logistics
which cannot be cancelled are executed once you pay for your
event. Think of this event similar to music concert
tickets.

How about documentaries?
Answer:
Even though we will not screen
(show) them, they will be available
for sale.

How about Music?

Yes, if it has clean lyrics. We
can offer the CDs for sale on our website while pending
store decision.

How do I submit a movie,
documentary or music for consideration?
Answer:
No phone calls please. Email

mail the VCD, CD or DVD to 4002 Highway 78, Suite 530-192, Snellville, Georgia 30039, U.S.A. It may take up
to 4 weeks for a response.
Please note that we are unable to
return any package and/or material sent. If you wish
the package returned to you, please include an envelope with
the appropriate postage.

Market to U.S. Major Retailers
African movies with great storylines, sharp pictures, clear
sounds and on DVD. No VCD. Our target markets
are the major U.S. retailers like Wal-Mart, Blockbusters,
etc. Given the time it takes these buyers to decide,
we'll retail the movies/music at the African Dinner and a
Movie events and several internet sites.

Yes. Any comedy, suspense
and/or drama movie.

Who can submit movies?
Answer:
The Executive producer and/or
copyright owner. All movies and music must be copyrighted
in the U.S. in order for us to market it. We can
assist with the copyright process for a fee.
Question:
What is the compensation once it
makes into the major U.S. retailers?
Answer:
It depends on movie and what
resources you can contribute. We do not pay in advance
for any movie or music. Most retailers pay in 30-45
days. You are paid within 5 days of receiving the
store's payment.
Question:
It's
not my movie, but I made the connection. Do I get anything?
Answer:
Yes, A referral fee once the movie begins retailing in
the major stores or any of our other channels.

Who can host an African Dinner and
a Movie?
Answer:
Corporations, Schools, Churches &
Business Professionals. For those in the U.S., what
are you doing for Black History Month? Host an event!

What if I live outside Georgia or the U.S., can I still be a
host?
Answer:
Not a problem!
We either have a caterer near you or we've develop creative
menus to still meet your clientele's needs. If you are
a caterer, you want to be on our list.

Is there a cost?
Answer:
Yes. To name a few: (a) there is a setup
fee so your event can be listed in the Calendar and
Locations sections of this website. (b) rental fee for the location
you plan on using,
unless you own the space. (c) Food costs even if you
are cooking, you still need to buy the ingredients.

Can I make money from hosting
these events?
Answer:
Yes, but don't let the profit
cloud the educational and emotional benefit which is
priceless. Here is your chance to gain more friends
for Africa. We have a budget which can be shared
once all paperwork is in place, prior to incurring any
expense.
